Sound familiar?

Is any of this you?

01

You opened the NDIS portal three months ago. You typed two sentences. You saved it and closed the tab. You haven't been back since.

02

You paid someone $2,500 for a policy pack. When the files arrived, half of them still had another business's name in the footer. You felt sick. Then you felt angry.

03

The SIL rules change on 1 July 2026. You know you need to move. But every time you sit down to start, you freeze. You're not slow. You just haven't had the right help yet.

That's why we built Providerly.

The real problem

Why most NDIS
applications stall

It isn't your skills. It isn't your service. It's the templates.

Every $2,500 consultant in Australia is selling the same Word documents. Same headings. Same paragraphs. They just swap in your business name.

The Commission expects your policies to describe how your business actually runs. If your paperwork doesn't match your real services, the auditor asks more questions. More questions mean more back and forth, more time, and sometimes conditions on your registration.

That is how people lose two to four months after their audit. They pay more in audit fees. They burn through their savings before they invoice a single participant.

It isn't their fault. They bought paperwork that was never written for them, and copy-paste policies are the slowest way through an audit.

We don't use templates. Not one. Every word is written for your business.

How it works

The Providerly 9-Day Program

Nine working days to audit-ready. Policies written for your business. Backed by our Audit-Ready Guarantee.

123
Phase 1. Days 1 to 3

Plan and set up

We map your service and pick the right registration groups, which is where most people quietly overspend on audit fees. Then we set up your PRODA login and RAM access, and lodge Worker Screening for your team.

By day 3 you know exactly what you're applying for.

4567
Phase 2. Days 4 to 7

Write your policies

We write your full policy and procedure suite from scratch. More than 40 documents, built around your business, your team and the way you actually work. No templates. No copy and paste.

Every word written for your business.

89
Phase 3. Days 8 to 9

Lodge and rehearse

We lodge your application in the Commission portal with you, live. Then an ex-auditor puts you through a two-hour practice audit and puts your staff through the questions auditors really ask.

By the end of day 9, you're audit-ready.

Questions people ask us

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. The Commission decides when you're registered, and that part takes weeks, sometimes longer. What we promise is that you'll be audit-ready in nine days. Policies written, application lodged, staff rehearsed. Most consultants take two to three months just to get you that far.
No, and it can't be. Your audit is run by an independent audit body that sets its own fee, and you pay them directly. Expect roughly $900 to $1,800 for Verification, and from about $2,800 for Certification. We show you the ranges up front and help you collect and compare quotes, so nothing lands as a surprise. Anyone who tells you it's all included isn't being straight with you.
Yes. Most of our clients have never run an NDIS business before. You need the right qualifications for your service, a business that can do what it says it will, and the willingness to answer audit questions honestly. We take care of the rest.
Because we don't sell templates. Every policy is written for your business. A $2,500 pack looks cheap right up until your audit drags on for months and you still aren't earning.
Yes. SIL sits inside our Certification track, because SIL goes through the Certification audit. SIL registration becomes mandatory on 1 July 2026. If you already deliver SIL you may be able to keep going while you register, but only if you apply inside the transition window.
Then the guarantee kicks in. We keep working with you at no extra cost until you are. You won't be left half-finished.
It depends who you want to support. Agency-managed participants can only use registered providers. Plan-managed and self-managed participants can use unregistered ones, but you're putting a ceiling on your income. Worth knowing: SIL is becoming mandatory either way.
Because we turn people away. Before you pay anything we do a 20-minute call. If we don't think we can get you ready, we say so. That's why the record holds. It isn't luck.
You fill in a short form. We get on a 20-minute call and work out where you're stuck. If we can help, we book your start date. If we can't, we'll tell you.
Two things before you go

Tired of staring at the portal at midnight?

1

We take six new clients a week. That's all we can do properly in nine days. Once this month's spots are gone, they're gone.

2

If you deliver SIL, registration becomes mandatory on 1 July 2026. Audit waitlists are already long. The sooner you start, the safer you are.
